Out with the old and with the new

93

So it has been a disruptive year for us all. I glad Jason got through the storms and I hope any and all the rest of you came out the other side alright. As well as the Election was an emotional ride for everyone no matter what side you are on and much of that is yet to be seen. But the county as the egrigore it is, has been extremely anxious in my opinion this year. I know I have lot of personal issues as well as over coming a couple this year as well. All the same I’m back restarting some of the courses with the focus being on staring anew. With the year king, the Cold weather and the hopes for a Phoenix year. I am making a new commitment to myself. … that of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health as my main focus.

Wonderful!

Yep 2024 was a crazy roller coaster and quite a challenge. Phoenix year is exactly what I’m going for.
