Altered State

Has anyone seen a video where he mentions altered states?

Are you looking for something in particular? Or just any video that mentions those words?

Hi, one thing I wanted to improve upon is entering trance (altered state). I tried it in The Book of Magic Power. It really works. I noticed it's slightly different in your Enochian magic book.
I just wondered if one of the videos addressed it specifically to make sure I'm not missing a step.

I want to be strong enough with it to anchor.
